This camp is designed to teach young football players the basic fundamentals of football. Those that attend this camp will receive instruction from Coach Stacey Simmons (former NFL player & FLORIDA GATOR) and his staff. The camp is designed to enhance the youngest player's football experience, teaching campers' proper techniques and fundamentals with an emphasis on making football a fun experience.

Join Head Coach Stacey Simmons, former All-American for Football and Track and Field at the University of Florida, for a track camp that will consist of high quality instruction in a fun, positive, and Christian environment. The camp will emphasize the techniques needed to help develop speed in the athletes. This will be taught by using fun games, competitions, and drills that will ensure an enjoyable, yet profitable environment. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to improve on skills that will help in all areas of athletics. Each camper receives a camp T-shirt and awards will be given at the end of the week for outstanding camp participants.

*The Program's first session will run from June 6th to June 30th on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 pm.
*Session two begins Thursday, July 7th to Tuesday, August 2nd. Workout days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 pm.

The 4 week, 3 day a week program will:
Increase explosiveness while building functional strength through core work, plyometrics, strength and flexibility training Increase overall performance levels with sport specific speed and conditioning drills Reduce the risk of injury Increase quickness and reaction time.
